General Information

* All hair style services may have an additional charge depending on the length/thickness of the hair.

* If an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, please do so at least 24 prior to the appointment time. For no-shows or last minute cancellations, a credit card on file will be required to book any future appointments.

 * Color and chemical services do not include a blow dry or haircut. Those services must be booked separately if desired.

* Consultation is required for corrective color as well as a signed release form to perform the service.

* All color services may have additional charge, depending on the length, thickness, or amount of color used.

* Refunds will not be given on any products or services. If you are not pleased with the outcome of the service, we are happy to make reasonable modifications within two weeks of the original appointment.

* Tardy Policy: Please note that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we may not be able to honor the appointment. Our schedule is carefully timed to avoid inconveniencing clients booked throughout the day. We appreciate your understanding!
